Rivers: Fubara Should Park And Go Live In Wike’s House And Take Instructions From There -Ezama
A political commentator, Ezama, has made controversial remarks about the ongoing political tension in Rivers State, suggesting that Governor Siminalayi Fubara should openly submit to the influence of his predecessor, Nyesom Wike.
Speaking in an interview with Silverbird 24N, Ezama argued that the current situation in the state reflects a lack of independent control by the governor. “Fubara should park and go live in Wike’s house and take instructions from there,” Ezama said, claiming that such a move would at least bring clarity to who truly holds power in Rivers State.
He maintained that the lingering political crisis has created confusion in governance and eroded public confidence in the state leadership. According to Ezama, if Wike remains the dominant force behind the scenes, it would be more honest for the governor to acknowledge it openly rather than continue what he described as a pretence of autonomy. His comments have since sparked reactions across social media, with many Nigerians divided over the blunt assessment.
