6 APC States Under Pressure Ahead of 2027 Election as Primate Ayodele Issues Warning

The Leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele, has cautioned the All Progressives Congress (APC) to pay close attention to six states he believes could pose serious political challenges ahead of the 2027 general election.

According to the cleric, Kano, Benue, Plateau, Kaduna, Adamawa, and Sokoto are among the states where the ruling party may encounter fierce political battles if urgent measures are not taken to address internal issues and strengthen its structures.

Primate Ayodele said the APC should not assume victory in these states, warning that unresolved grievances, political realignments, and growing opposition activities could make the contests more difficult than expected.

He urged the party’s leadership to work toward resolving internal disputes, promoting unity among stakeholders, and ensuring that candidates emerge through transparent and acceptable processes; He stressed that failure to address these concerns could weaken the APC’s chances in the affected states.

The cleric also noted that political developments in the six states should be closely monitored as the countdown to the 2027 elections continues; He maintained that the political landscape remains dynamic and that no party should take the electorate for granted.

Primate Ayodele concluded by advising political leaders to focus on good governance, dialogue, and grassroots engagement, insisting that the decisions made before the elections would play a significant role in determining the outcome of the polls.
