ADC Is The Same, If I Were To Run For Office Today, I Would Join The APC Or APGA - Maryanne Moghalu

Maryanne Moghalu, human rights activist and wife of the former Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Kingsley Moghalu has criticized the African Democratic Congress, ADC.

This was contained in a post that she shared on her official X handle on Sunday, February 22, 2026.

Her statement is coming after elections were conducted at the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Abuja.

In the post that she shared on her official X handle, she described the African Democratic Congress as the same old. She proceeded to reveal the party she will join if she wants to run for office.

Maryanne Moghalu stated that she will either use the All Progressive Congress, APC or All Progressive Grand Alliance, APGA as a vehicle if she wants to run for an office.

ADC is the same old. If I were to run for office today, I would join APC or APGA, depending on what I am looking for.
