The Rivers HOA Agreed That The 3 Pro Fubara Lawmakers Who Were Suspended Should Return - Ndukwe
Political analyst Oby Ndukwe has revealed that the Rivers State House of Assembly has agreed to reinstate three pro-Fubara lawmakers who were previously suspended.
Speaking on Arise TV, Ndukwe said, “Wike has been able to meet with the Siminalayi group that’s the people who are pro-Fubara and they have agreed to work together, at least 90%. Maybe there are still a few persons who are probably waiting for Fubara to give them the go-ahead. And then you see Wike meeting with the assembly. The Rivers State House of Assembly has agreed that the three pro-Fubara lawmakers who were suspended should return,” she said.
Ndukwe also argued that those who dismiss the rainbow coalition as lacking grassroots support have no idea on what is actually happening on the ground.
She challenged both the APC governors and the opposition to point to what they are doing in response to the Rainbow coalition’s growing momentum, rather than simply making claims about its weaknesses from the comfort of television studios.
According to her, Wike’s political movement is consistently holding town hall meetings across communities unlike it critics.
