The FCT Minister Is Just A Bit Humble; He Is Going To Deliver In All 36 States And The FCT - Turnah

The Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party in Bayelsa State, George Turnah, has expressed confidence that the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, will deliver more states than intended for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the 2027 presidential election.

While speaking on TVC News on Sunday, Turnah explained that Wike is being ‘humble’ by claiming that the Rainbow Coalition will deliver both Rivers State and the FCT. He stressed that the minister is currently is charge of PDP structures across the country, making it easier to rally support for Tinubu.

He said, “The minister of FCT is just being a bit humble. It is not about Rivers and the FCT. The minister, through the Rainbow Coalition, is actually going to deliver in all 36 states and the FCT. And like i said, the Rainbow (Coalition) is the biggest political structure today and let’s take the PDP alone for instance, which he is national leader.”

Turnah talked about the presence of the PDP in all local governments in the country before adding, “The minister is the national leader of the PDP. So now that he has made that decision through the Rainbow Coalition, you can imagine the level of support that the Rainbow (Coalition), using the PDP platform alone, will give to the president across the country.”
