You Secretly Forged an NIN document to enable you claim Mohbad’s wealth — Activist VDM Accuses Wunmi
Activist VeryDarkMan has accused Wunmi Aloba, the widow of late singer Mohbad, of allegedly forging an NIN document in connection with claims over her late husband’s assets.
In a video, VeryDarkMan questioned an alleged discrepancy between the name on Wunmi’s international passport and the name initially said to be on her NIN.
He claimed that Wunmi renewed her international passport in 2024, about one year and two months after Mohbad’s de@th, with the document reportedly valid until 2034. According to him, the passport bears the name “Adebanjo Cynthia Omowumi.”
VeryDarkMan then questioned why, according to the information he was initially given, her NIN was said to carry “Aloba Cynthia Omowumi.”
“The name on the international passport and the information on your international passport must tally with the information on your NIN. So how come on your NIN, it is showing Aloba Cynthia Omowumi? But on your international passport, it is saying Adebanjo Cynthia Omowumi? Something is wrong,” he said.
He said the matter was subsequently taken to NIN authorities for verification, where he claimed the record showed “Cynthia Omowumi Adebanjo.”
However, VeryDarkMan alleged that Wunmi had secretly forged an NIN document to enable her to claim Mohbad’s wealth.
“Therefore, in order for Wumi to claim Mohbad’s wealth, Wumi secretly went to go and forge a document. This is a very big crime. This girl went to go and forge an NIN,” he alleged.
The activist also linked the issue to unanswered questions surrounding Mohbad’s de@th, questioning why his brother, Adura, allegedly failed to provide what he considered credible information about the circumstances surrounding the singer’s de@th.
“Could it be that this is the reason why Adura refused to give the credible information as to what led to the de@th of her brother? Could it be that this is why Wumi refused to speak in the earlier stage?” he asked.
