“Even A Spiritual Father Won’t Be Able To Deliver You”- Man Tackles Nigerians Planning To Re-Elect Tinubu In 2027

A Nigerian man has sparked debate online after urging citizens to carefully consider the country’s economic situation as they prepare for the 2027 presidential election.

The man, in a post shared on X, formerly known as Twitter, questioned Nigerians who regularly express frustration over the rising cost of living but may still choose to support the current administration at the polls in 2027.

He drew attention to the soaring prices of essential commodities, including petrol, cooking gas and cement, urging voters to reflect on their economic realities before deciding who deserves their support in the next presidential election.

He wrote:

“Nigerians, You Buy Fuel For ₦1,300, You Buy Gas For ₦1,400, You Buy Cement ₦13,000–₦14,000 Per Bag. Then On Election Day, You Get To Your Polling Unit And Decide It’s Tinubu You Want To Vote For.Africans & Diaspora

“That Means The Juju That Was Used On You, Even a Spiritual Father Won’t Be Able To Deliver You. If The Suffering We Have Endured In The Past 3 Years Doesn’t Hit You Hard, And You Don’t Hold Your PVC Like Your Life Depends On It, That Means Your Problem Is Bigger Than Me.”

His remarks have since attracted a wave of reactions across social media.

While some Nigerians appeared to agree with his argument and expressed concerns about the current economic climate, others defended President Bola Tinubu’s policies, maintaining that the administration’s economic reforms should be given more time to yield results
