Dad arrested for disguising as his 11-yr-old daughter on tiktok to lure her r@pist back to their house and sh%%t him

An Ohio father has been charged after allegedly sh%%ting a 20-year-old man accused of r@ping his 11-year-old daughter, following a confrontation at the family’s home.

According to prosecutors, the incident began after the girl’s mother discovered a video on her daughter’s phone that allegedly showed Diego Montoya Gonzalez s+xually a§§aulting the child inside their Grove City, Ohio, home.

Investigators said the following day, the girl’s father, Malik Chandler, 31, allegedly posed as his daughter on TikTok to lure Montoya Gonzalez back to the house. Once he arrived, Chandler reportedly sh%t him twice.

Chandler later told investigators he had planned to detain the suspect and call the police but claimed he believed Montoya Gonzalez was reaching for a g¥n, prompting him to open fire.

Police responded to the scene and found Montoya Gonzalez suffering from two g¥nshot wounds. He was taken to a hospital for treatment, while Chandler was arrested and charged with felony a§§ault. His bond was set at $100,000.

Meanwhile, a grand jury has indicted Montoya Gonzalez on two counts of r@pe, five counts of pandering s+xually oriented material involving a minor, and one count of obstruction of official business.

Prosecutors also stated that several videos depicting the s+xual ab¥se of children, including one involving an infant or toddler, were found on his phone.

A judge later set Montoya Gonzalez’s bond at $20,000 recognizance and $50,000 cash. If released, he is prohibited from contacting the victim or her family and is barred from using the internet except for work-related purposes.
