2-Factor-Authentication: I’m a Christian but I use charms — Activist Sunday Igboho

Yoruba nation agitator, Chief Sunday Adeyemo, popularly known as Sunday Igboho, has stirred intense public debate after openly declaring that despite being a Christian, he makes use of traditional charms.

In a viral video circulating across social media, the activist addressed a gathering of traditional rulers where he spoke candidly about his faith, upbringing, and spiritual practices. Igboho maintained that his use of charms does not conflict with his Christian identity.

“I am a Christian, but I use charms. I do all religions. Even Islamic father, Muideen Ajayi Bello is a Muslim, I am a Christian. I was born in church, but I do charms. I was trained in the act. Everyone knows my father is a babalawo in Modakeke,” he said.

Sunday Igboho was born in Igboho, an ancient town in Oke-Ogun, Oyo State. His father later relocated the family to Modakeke in Osun State, where he was raised.
