What God Told Me About the Inspector General Of Police, Kayode Adeolu Egbetokun - Ayodele Reveals

In a prophetic message delivered during a Sunday service on November 2, 2025, the leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele, shared what he said was a divine revelation concerning Nigeria’s Inspector General of Police, Kayode Adeolu Egbetokun.

According to the cleric, God revealed to him that the Inspector General must be prayerful and vigilant because there are plans within the system to remove him from office. He warned that there are “many hidden things in the police” that could bring about internal conflict and possible sabotage if not addressed swiftly.

Ayodele noted that some individuals within the force and political circles are working secretly to undermine Egbetokun’s leadership. “The Lord told me they are going to change him. There are a lot of hidden things in the police system that could come to light soon. He must be careful and stand firm,” the cleric said.

He emphasized that the Inspector General should focus on cleansing the police of corruption and internal betrayal, warning that neglecting these issues could damage his legacy. Ayodele added that loyalty and sincerity are currently missing in many areas of the force, creating an atmosphere of distrust and tension.

The prophet further advised President Bola Tinubu to provide full support to the Inspector General in his ongoing reforms, stressing that political interference in security matters could worsen the situation.

Ayodele concluded by urging Nigerians to pray for the police institution, declaring that the nation’s stability depends heavily on a transparent and disciplined security system. “Only the truth can save the police from collapse,” he said.
