Actors Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban Split After Nearly 20 Years of Marriage

 

Hollywood star Nicole Kidman and country music singer Keith Urban have separated after almost two decades together.

Variety confirmed the news on Monday, citing an unnamed source who said, “Sometimes relationships just run their course.” According to TMZ, the couple have been living apart since June, with reports suggesting Urban has moved out of their Nashville home.

Kidman, 58, and Urban, 57, marked their wedding anniversary in June when Kidman shared a photo of them together on Instagram. 

However, sources close to the pair told People magazine that the actor has been trying to salvage the relationship. “She didn’t want this. She has been fighting to save the marriage,” one insider revealed.

The couple, who wed in Sydney in June 2006 after meeting at the G’Day USA gala in 2005, share two daughters: Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 14.

Kidman was previously married to actor Tom Cruise from 1990 to 2001, with whom she shares two children, Bella, 32, and Connor, 30.
