Chief Bode George, a chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party, has reacted after the Director-General of the World Trade Organization, Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala praised President Bola Tinubu’s economic reforms. George said her comments do not reflect the true situation in Nigeria

In an interview with Nigeria Info FM, Chief George said Okonjo-Iweala lives in New York City and cannot fully understand what ordinary Nigerians are going through.

Chief George said if she truly wants to know the condition of people in Nigeria, she should return and live in Nigeria. He said she should also visit her village to see the hunger and hardship people are going through
