Fubara Congratulates Wike On Conferment Of Honourary Doctoral Degree

Governor Siminalayi Fubara of Rivers State has congratulates Nyesom Wike, the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), on the conferment of Doctor of Science (D.Sc.) Honoris Causa by the University of Port Harcourt.

Fubara, in a press statement he personally signed, said the honour done on his predecessor is well-deserved.
