Woman st@bs boyfriend with broken bottle after he questioned her whereabouts

 

A man was ass@ulted and st@bbed with a broken beer bottle during a dispute with his girlfriend in South Africa.

 

The incident happened at Area 1, Mhlasini - KwaZulu-Natal on Sunday, February 23, 2025.

 

Members of Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) were called out to the scene at approximately 11:14. 

  

On arrival, Reaction Officers met with the male who explained that his girlfriend failed to return home on Saturday night. When she arrived the next morning, he questioned her about her whereabouts.  A heated argument followed during which the female allegedly grabbed a beer bottle and began assaulting her partner. 

The bottle burst during the assault. 

 

The suspect then st@bbed the man in his shoulder and arm with the broken bottle. She thereafter fled the scene. The injured male declined to register a criminal case and sought medical assistance privately.
