10th Annual Sir Ahmadu Bello Memorial Lecture proffers solution to banditry, insurgency


The 10th Annual Sir Ahmadu Bello Memorial Lecture on Leadership and Good Governance has identified a major way to end banditry and insurgency in the country.


The event, which was held at the Government House Maiduguri, on Saturday, saw to expert presentations at the lecture emphasizing the critical need for good governance in order to effectively tackle the issues of banditry and insurgency currently plaguing the country


News Agency reports that gathering served as a platform for insightful discussions and recommendations on the crucial role of governance in addressing the security challenges challenges, with a focus on the implications for the northern region.
