Atiku ‘appears’ with Ganduje, others at Abuja wedding day after S’Court verdict on presidential poll
Barely 24 hours after losing his case challenging the victory of President Bola Tinubu in the 25 February presidential election, presidential candidate of the People’s Democratic Party, Atiku Abubakar, on Friday appeared at a wedding ceremony in Abuj a
News Agency reports that the former Nigeria’s vice-president was among the dignitaries that witnessed the wedding fatiha t as the PDP acting national chairman, Amb. Umar Damagun gave his daughter, Khadija out in marriage to Bello Ahmad.
The wedding ceremony, which took place at the National Mosque, also witnessed the presence of the national chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC and former Kano State governor, Umar Ganduje.
Yobe State Governor, Mai Mala Buni, Governor Godwin Obaseki of Edo State as well as former governors, Sule Lamido – Jigawa, Bindow Jibrila – Adamawa, Dr. Babangida Aliyu – Niger State, among others, witnessed the wedding.
