Osinbajo meets Akpabio, Oshiomhole, other senators

Former Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo, on Wednesday met with Senate President, Godswill Akpabio, former Edo governor, Adams Oshiomhole and some other senators.

Osinbajo, who is the chairman of the Commonwealth Observer Group, was on his way from Sierra Leone after the conclusion of the elections where by sheer coincidence he met Akpabio’s and his team at the protocol lounge of Nnamdi Azikiwe Airport, Abuja.

News Agency reports that both Akpabio and Osinbajo are chieftains of the ruling All Progressives Congress.

The former vice president contested the party’s presidential primary in 2022 but lost to incumbent president, Bola Tinubu.
