The iconic singer died at her home in Switzerland today May 24 after battling a protracted illness.

Fresh crisis looms in Rivers state govt
Strong indications have emerged that there may not be respite yet in the political crisis rocking Rivers state as supporters loyal to the Deputy Governor, Ngozi Odu, have threatened a showdown against the governor, Sim Fubara, should he continue to sideline her in the scheme of things, especially in the recomposition of the state’s newly dissolved cabinet.
