OYO Apc disqualify Adelabu from Governorship Race

Less than three days to the gubernatorial primary of the Oyo chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC), the party has allegedly disqualified former Minister for Energy, Adebayo Adelabu, who is vying for the APC ticket to contest for the 2027 election.

Meanwhile, the party has cleared another aspirant and lawmaker, Sharafadeen Alli, who was last month picked as the party’s consensus candidate for the 2027 governorship poll.
